How to change credit card details (expired, lost, stolen, change amount etc)
- Refer to the E-mail from Payfast received by subscriber when a payment has successfully been collected (see red box):
- When the link is clicked, the following PayFast window opens:
- Enter your new card information, and click ‘Save card details’.
Note: Your subscription is set to renew automatically using your payment method on file. You can manage your subscription on your ACCOUNT page.
How to download your magazine.
- Look to the far right hand corner of your screen, and click on ‘My Account’
- Click ‘Log In’
- You would have used an E-mail to register …. Fill this into the first block
- You would also have set yourself a Password ….. Fill this into the second block
- If you have forgotten your password click ‘Forgot your password’ and follow the steps
- Press – ‘Log In’
- If you did this correctly you will land on the ‘Dashboard’ page
- On the left hand side of the page you will see ‘Download Personal Finance’ and ‘Download Tax Breaks’
- Click the link for the magazine(s) for which you are subscribed
- Select the magazine that you wish to download by clicking the ‘Download’ link on the right
- Depending on how your browser is configured, you might see a pop-up box with a ‘Save As’ button, which will then ask you to specify a location where you want your magazine to be saved. If you do not see this option, the magazine would have more than likely been saved in a default ‘Documents’ folder, which you should be able to find by opening File Explorer. Please refer to your browser’s ‘help’ / ‘settings’ page for information on how to set a default folder or to activate the ‘Save As’ functionality.
- Once downloaded to your device (mobile phone, PC, laptop, tablet, etc.), you can then read your magazine at your convenience.
